Robert Melville (owner) served in the Aviation Department of the United States Navy.  Since an honorable discharge in 1963, Robert learned many other trades and gained leadership through extensive real world work experience including mechanical, earth material manufacturing, excavating, bulldozing, paving, real estate, and cranberry bog building. 

Brett Melville (manager) attended Massachusetts Maritime Academy, where he studied Engineering and Environmental.
